Severus looked down his nose at Remus. "I took your advice."

"I told you to try something new, not electrocute yourself!" Remus pressed his hand to the kinky black mass that stuck five inches out from his lover's skull.

"The hairdresser told me that a tight permanent would strip the oil from my hair."

"Phil said that?"

"Phil? I used Ray Robertson."

"Oh God." Remus prepared to cast a straightening charm. Severus would be furious, but better furious than showing up at Harry's wedding looking like a refugee from a bad disco.
