"What is this?" Severus stared at the gaily wrapped package.
"Faculty gift exchange," said Minerva without looking up. "I believe you and Remus drew each other?"
Severus shook the package, then cautiously tore the foil paper. "I wonder - "
A gift certificate for a weekend at the Savoy in London fell out, plus tickets to Sir Ian McKellen latest play. Severus shoved it in his pocket before Minerva could see.
So much for keeping our relationship quiet. Severus hurried off to Remus' office. Maybe he could replace the box of chocolates with something more elaborate before Remus opened it…..
