Damn it!" Remus grumbled under his breath, casting his eyes downward to avoid Severus' face.

"What's wrong with it?"

"Nothing! Nothing's wrong with it!" he spat angrily.

Startled, Severus crawled back a bit on the bed.

"Look, there's no pressure. I could… just…"

"Just give me a second."

"It's really alright. I can handle things on my own…"

"No!" an obviously flustered Lupin replied.

An awkward pause.

"I just don't get it. This has never happened before…" Remus offered, finally breaking the silence.

"I know, I still love you."

Both men sighed as they stared down at Remus' limp prick.
