Title: The Jealous Type
Word Count: 100 x 5
Rating: PG-13 (to be safe)
Challenge: #100 - T is for Tonks
Characters: Remus/Severus, Tonks
Author's Notes: The bunny ate my brain.
Severus watched the pink-haired bint flirt shamelessly with the greying lycanthrope. Honestly. Didn't the bloody girl get the hint that Lupin wasn't interested? He sneered at no one in particular and turned his eyes elsewhere. Severus had better things to do with his time than to watch the horrid courting rituals of a clumsy Auror and a greyed werewolf. Apparently, the list of things to do had suddenly disappeared since Severus was now rooted to the chair he had been occupying for the last hour. He kept his eyes adverted while he tried to ignore the feeling of jealousy.

Remus and Tonks were startled when Severus pushed from the table violently and left the room with his robes billowing behind him.
Tonks rolled her eyes at the theatrics and easily slid back into the conversation she had been holding with Remus. "Sirius tells me that you were quite the mischief maker in your day."
Remus smiled. "I was, but I wasn't nearly as bad as Sirius." His eyes turned to the doorway Severus had exited from. He stood and smiled again, this time in apology. "If you'll excuse me, I have some business to attend to."

Remus finds Severus brooding in the Black Library. Sometimes the Potions Master is too predictable for his own good. He enters the room silently then locks the door behind him. It isn't long after that before he's sitting next to Severus. "Sickle for your thoughts."
Severus snorts and crosses his arms over his chest. "There is nothing I wish to discuss with you."
Minutes pass in silence. Severus is the first to speak. "I don't like her."
Remus chuckles and leans his body towards Severus. "I gathered that from the glare you kept shooting at us."

"She's an idiot."
"You've already said that."
"I felt that point needed to be reiterated."
"She's a nice girl, Severus."
"Girl being the keyword in that sentence."
"Molly seems to think we'll make a nice--"
What ever Remus had planned on saying was cut off the moment Severus pulled him from his chair. All thoughts of Tonks were out the window as Severus pinned the other man against a bookshelf and claimed Remus' lips in a demanding kiss. "Shut up, Lupin."
Remus grinned wickedly and gave Severus' arse a squeeze. "My pleasure." He purred.

Severus was quite thankful that Remus had the common sense to lock the door when he had entered a little over an hour ago. The room was a mess; chairs were out of place, books had been knocked from the shelves and Severus could just barely see his shirt hiding under the coffee table.
"Never thought you'd be the jealous type, especially over Miss Tonks." Remus muttered lazily while snuggling closer to Severus. He didn't mind that Severus was the jealous type. It led to fantastic sex.
Severus smirked. "Judging from your moaning, you didn't seem to mind."
