Challenge # 12, Title: Clandestine Affair

Title: Clandestine Affair
Word Count: (100)
Rating: PG
Challenge: Harry
Characters: (Remus/Severus) and Harry

“Sneaking around again, Remus?”

“Harry was…curious. As to what I was doing.”

Severus frowned, his thin lips turning down in a foul looking expression. Idiot Potter. Was Remus truly that concerned over the boy’s fragile ego that he wouldn’t even admit to a relationship?

“If you do not tell him, Remus, I will. I will not be an under the table lover.”

“I’ll tell him,” Remus promised, wrapping his arms around Severus and enthusiastically nibbling the man’s neck. Neither noticed the door to Severus’ office opening until it was too late.

Well. Potter wouldn’t need to be told after all.

Eeee, that's a great visual- the two of them entwined, Remus nibbling Severus' neck, and the poor Boy Who Lived to Run Screaming From the Dungeons

Maybe he's actually slinking away holding his heart and tears in his eyes because he had a crush on Severus.

"I will not be an under the table lover."

I love that! I can't tell you how tired I am of reading snupin where it's somehow considered "romantic" for Remus to have Severus as a secret lover. It's never romantic for someone to not want to admit to being your lover. It's degrading. I can't see Snape allowing himself to be used that way.
