“I am in your debt, Lucius,” Severus pronounced, gazing gloatingly upon the vial and its contents. This would bring the werewolf to his bed! An aphrodisiac one thousand times more efficacious than powdered rhino horn, it was both extremely difficult and highly illegal to obtain, horned slugs having been on the list of endangered magical species since 1749. “Tell me,” he asked, “is it from the Abyssinian species, or the Arabian?”
Lucius stared. “Ah. It appears I may have made a rather embarrassing faux pas,” he admitted, passing Severus that day’s Prophet, with its headline: Mysterious Disappearance of Potions Master.
