Authors Notes: Post-war AU. Probably inspired by ellid and nimrod_9's madness over at snape100. What is it with me and mpreg all of a sudden? ;)


Remus awoke to a not so subtle nudge. He grunted and rolled to face Severus.

"Now."

"Now?"

Severus was wide awake and looking at him expectantly. "My basal body temperature is elevated, it's the middle of my cycle, and my cervical mucous is thick." He pulled Remus toward him and began to tug down Remus' pants. Severus was already naked.

"While that's all very arousing," Remus muttered, "I just woke--"

Warm fingers closed around his partial morning erection, and thin lips demanded a kiss.

"Arousing enough yet?"

Remus let out a groan and submitted to the exploring tongue. "Getting there..."

Would you believe there are franchises called Womb with a View (http://www.wombwithaview.com/) where one can take half hour or hour long ultrasounds of one's unborn baby, set to appropriate music? No lie, and OB/GYNs are up in arms. *Short* exposure to ultrasound is perfectly safe, but no one knows about longer exposure.

I think the magical version would be safer, if no less of a freak-out for anyone who'd open the book (Harry, Hermione, Lucius, Minerva....)
