Warning: implied mpreg.
"Time, gentlemen!" Tom watched as the regulars finished their pints and shuffled out the door. "Closing time, Ministry regs - sorry, Mr. Lupin. We're closed."
Lupin smacked both hands down against the bar. "Tom. I'll pay you double. But if I don't bring back a pickle and salmon sandwich with olives, my life won't be worth living."
Tom had heard worse combinations. "I'm sorry, but - "
"You don't understand. He's having another craving, Tom."
"Oh." Tom altered a sandwich and thrust it into Lupin's hands. "How much longer?"
"Six weeks." Lupin smiled weakly and disapparated.
"Poor bugger," said Tom.
